Strategic Partnerships

Much of CBH’s success can be attributed to excellent suppliers and strategic partners which give us the competitive edge. Financial partners such as Proterra and IFC are also shareholders while other partners, such as Aviagen provide essential breeding stock. A growing alliance with KFC provides synergies and opportunity for growth in many African countries.

breedingpair-(1)CBH understands the importance of exceptional breeding stock and as such partnered with Aviagen, the world leaders in broiler breeds. Synapp International Ltd, the majority shareholder of CBH, acquired two Avian brands under licence – Arbor Acres in South Africa and Ross in the rest of Africa.

Ross Africa is a proud user of the Ross genetics developed by Aviagen with a product range that offers customers first-class genetics and product performance. Whichever Ross product is used, customers can be assured that each one will add value to their operations.
